What is the application process at Merito like?
We always start by thoroughly reviewing your resume (screening) and then call you for an initial introduction. If there’s a good fit, we’ll invite you for an initial interview, during which we’ll introduce you to Merito and ask you about your interests, skills, and ambitions. For certain positions, we may ask you to complete specific tests after this interview. If we are convinced of your candidacy, an offer will follow.
How does the screening process work?
When you submit your application, we thoroughly review your resume. We’ll then call you to get to know you better through a few targeted questions. We’re also always very interested in your motivation for becoming an HR consultant and where your interest in Hard HR comes from. If we’re on the same page, we’ll invite you for a follow-up interview at our office.
How does the first interview work?
The first interview always takes place via Teams. During this initial meeting, we’ll explain how we work and what the vacancy of HR & Payroll consultant consists of. Based on this interview, a second interview could follow at our office. If this is the case, you will also receive an invitation for a few online tests.
