What to expect when applying for a function?
- Screening
When you apply, we take a thorough look at your resume. Then we call you to get to know you better through some targeted questions. We are always very interested in your motivation to become an HR consultant and where your interest in Hard HR comes from. If we are on the same wavelength, we will invite you for a follow-up interview at our office. - Meeting
During a first meeting, we introduce our way of working. Afterwards it is up to you to tell us about your interests, competencies and ambitions. For certain functions, we will then invite you for additional tests or interviews. This is for example the case for our HR consultant vacancies. At this stage we will also ask you to provide some references that we can contact. - Contract
Are we convinced to work with you? Then we will be happy to make you a contract proposal. We will invite you to discuss and sign your contract. Not much later you start as a Merito junior HR consultant or HR senior consultant at one of our clients.

Please don’t give up and continue to invest time in applying for job offers.
